Privacy Policy
Valori is a personal peptide protocol tracker. We've designed it to keep your data on your device, in your control. This policy explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
Valori stores everything you enter — your stack, dose logs, inventory, notes, reminders, schedules — locally on your phone. None of it is transmitted to a server we control. We don't run analytics, don't track you across apps, don't sell or share your data, and don't have access to it ourselves.
If your phone is lost or wiped, the data is lost. We can't recover it because we never had it.
The two personal details we ask for during onboarding are your name and email. Both are stored locally only. The name personalizes the app's header. The email is a placeholder for future cloud sync — it isn't transmitted today.
Permissions we ask for
Valori requests one iOS permission: Notifications. With your consent, we schedule local reminders at the times you set for each compound and alerts when an inventory item runs low. These fire directly from your phone — no server involved. You can revoke notifications anytime in iOS Settings → Valori, or in Valori's own notification settings.
We do not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or health data.
Third parties
Valori contains no third-party analytics SDKs, advertising IDs, or trackers. The only outside framework we use is Capacitor (an open-source library that wraps the app for iOS). It does not transmit user data.
If you downloaded Valori from the App Store or TestFlight, Apple handles the install, optional payment processing, and crash reporting under their own privacy practices. We receive aggregated, anonymized stats from App Store Connect — we don't see who you are.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe to Valori Pro through the App Store, Apple processes payment and reports your subscription status to the app. We see only "subscription active / inactive" — never your billing details. Apple's privacy terms cover that part.
Coming features (with explicit opt-in)
Two planned features will involve transmitting data when they ship — and only if you opt in:
- Cloud sync — would sync your stack across your own devices via a server we operate. We'll update this policy and prompt you before any data leaves your phone.
- Apple Health integration — would let you import or export limited health data through Apple's HealthKit, gated by iOS permissions you control.
Both are off by default. Neither is active in the current build.
Your data, your control
- Export: Settings → Data → Export sends everything Valori knows about you to a JSON or CSV file you keep.
- Delete: Profile → Delete Account wipes all local data. Removing the app from your phone has the same effect.
Updates
We'll update this policy as features change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
